What is the Yippee Paglu Campaign? The Yippee Paglu Campaign is a marketing campaign (Campaign) and will run from 17th September 2026 to 4th October 2026 (both dates inclusive) on the websites www.zeptonow.com, www.zepto.com (“Website”) and mobile application ‘Zepto’ (App) (Website and App collectively referred to as “Zepto Platform”). The Zepto Platform is operated by Zepto Marketplace Private Limited (“Zepto”). During the Campaign period, each Eligible Customer/User shall stand a chance to win a reward (Reward) on the purchase of products which is run by the participating brand and sellers as mentioned on the Zepto Platform. 2. Is this Campaign available for all the customers? All customers who make a purchase of minimum order value or more (as per bill value) as specified in the Rewards Section-5 below will be eligible to participate in this Campaign (Eligible Customers/Users). This Campaign shall not be run for customers placing the orders in Tamil Nadu. 3. How do I participate in this Campaign? There is no separate action required. The Eligible Customer/User has to make a purchase of Sunfeast Yippee products worth ₹199 on the Zepto Platform in order to participate in this Campaign. The eligible order should be successfully delivered, and there shall be no returns, refunds or cancellation claimed against such order. It is clarified that participation is not compulsory, Users can choose to not participate and/or not accept the Reward at their sole discretion. 4. How will I know if I have won any Reward? The winner will be contacted by Zepto’s customer delight team to inform them about the Reward. Winners will have to follow the required instructions as communicated to them to claim the Reward, failure to which the winner shall not be eligible to claim the Reward. In the event if the winner remains unreachable following three (3) contact attempts, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Reward, and no subsequent claims will be entertained. If a winner does not wish to accept the Reward, Zepto shall, at its sole discretion, repeat the lucky draw selection process until a newly selected winner accepts the Reward. 5.
