Any one order with the highest cart value placed during an hourly window will qualify. Subject to detailed T&Cs. 2. Only orders that are delivered and have no returns, refunds or compensation claims against the items in the order will be considered ("Eligible Orders"). 3. Items such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, gold and silver coins/bars, tobacco products, and any product above Rs. 10,000 are excluded from the final Order Value calculation. 4. A maximum of 5 quantities of the same item will be counted towards the Order Value calculation. 5. Users can qualify or win only once during the entire Campaign. 6. The Qualifying User will receive a communication from Instamart with a quiz. After answering the quiz correctly, the Qualifying User may become a Winner, subject to the T&Cs and verification by Instamart. 7. The leaderboard, names, ranks, amounts and screenshots shown on the app are provisional and indicative. They do not make anyone a Qualifying User or Winner. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-redeemable, and non-transferable, and carries no additional guarantee or warranty.   4. You agree that Instamart may share Your name, email ID, address and phone number with its agents and partners to facilitate & promote the Campaign.   5. Prize Delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the Order address anytime after the campaign ends.   6. This Campaign is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu or for any User residing in that state. Such Users shall be disqualified from participation.   7. Instamart's decisions on Order Value, eligibility and the Winner are final and binding. Instamart may disqualify any User who misuses the Campaign. Instamart may change, suspend or end the Campaign for technical errors or reasons beyond its control.   13. Orders found to be fraudulent, and Users who breach these terms or any law, may be disqualified and denied the Prize. Instamart is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Campaign, or for any indirect or consequential loss.   14. There is no fee to participate in the Campaign.
