HDFC Bank Digital Rupee - Get 10% Cashback Upto ₹50 on First Ever Load of Min ₹100 (1st Sep to 30th Nov) - New User Offer

Cashback Offer Terms & Conditions 1) DEFINITIONS: a. “Applicable Law” shall mean any statute, regulation, notification, circular, order, ordinance, requirement, direction, guideline, announcement or other binding action or requirement of any Governmental Authority, having the force of law in India (or any part thereof). b. “Eligible Customer” shall mean all customers of HDFC Bank (including Bank employees) who are registered users of HDFC Bank Digital Rupee wallet and have done first load transaction. c. “Eligible Transactions” shall mean first load transactions (first amount added into HDFC Bank Digital Rupee app) by Eligible Customers for a minimum value of INR 100/- (Indian Rupees 100 only) or more during the Offer Period. d. “HDFC Bank/Bank” shall mean HDFC Bank Limited having its Registered Office situated at Bank House, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel Mumbai -400013 and has rolled out this Offer. e. “Offer” shall mean cashback offered by the Bank to the Eligible Customers in pursuance of the terms and conditions as contained herein as an incentive to the Eligible Customers for using Bank’s Digital Rupee Wallet. 2) OFFER PERIOD AND ELIGIBILITY Offer Period - This Offer is valid for a period commencing from 1st September 2026 at 12:00 AM IST and ending on 30th November 2026 at 11:59 PM IST. (Offer Period) This Offer is open to all Eligible Customers (as defined above) who have duly completed their KYC as per regulatory requirements 3) ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS AND CASHBACK UNDER OFFER a. All first load transactions for a value of minimum INR 100/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred only) initiated by Eligible Customers shall be considered for the Offer. b. During the Offer Period, an eligible customer shall be entitled to receive 10% cashback upon successfully completing the first load transaction of INR 100 or above, subject to a maximum cashback of INR 50. For example, a first load of INR 100 will earn INR 10 cashback, while a first load of INR 500 will earn the maximum cashback of INR 50. c. Applicable cashback amount for the Eligible Transactions during the month will be credited into customer’s HDFC Bank Digital Rupee Wallet on or before expiry of 7th working day of the subsequent month. 4) LIMITATIONS TO THE OFFER: a. Any first load transaction which is for an amount lower than INR 100/- shall not be considered for this Offer. b. If customer has already performed first load before this offer scheme period, he/she shall be treated as non-eligible for this offer. c. If customer does INR250 first load and later INR250 immediately on same day. He/She will be eligible for 10% cashback of INR 25 on the first load only. The second load of INR250 stands an ineligible transaction for the offer. d. If any Eligible Customer de-registers from the HDFC Bank Digital Rupee wallet after the date of Eligible Transaction (i.e. customer is not holding the digital rupee wallet with the Bank as on date of processing the cashback), then such customer shall not be eligible to receive cashback credit as above; exception reports required . e. This Offer is not valid on any transactions other than the Eligible Transactions defined hereinabove. f. Any refunded / cancelled / reversed / chargeback transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered / eligible for this Offer.
