By participating, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. 1. Contest Period The offer is valid from 22nd August 2026 (12:00 AM) to 24th August 2026 (11:59 hours IST).  Only one successful, qualifying Navi UPI payment made during this time will unlock the reward. Cancelled, failed, reversed, or fraudulent transactions will not be counted for this Contest. 2. Eligibility The Contest is open to all Navi UPI users who:  are residents of India are at least 18 years of age and hold a valid and active Navi UPI account. This offer is valid for all users who have used Navi UPI at any time 3. Participation Criteria  Every eligible user is awarded 1 Navi Coin for each unique calendar day on which they have made a successful Navi UPI payment, computed across their entire history with Navi UPI  Users with fewer than 100 such unique days will receive a flat 100 Navi Coins  To unlock this reward, the user must make one successful Navi UPI payment during the Contest Period (22-24 Aug)  Payments to one’s own accounts (self-transfers) do not qualify for this offer  Each user is eligible to unlock this reward only once during the Contest Period On successful unlock, the reward will be credited to the user’s Navi Coins wallet via a special scratch card Reward if not unlocked within the Contest Period cannot be claimed thereafter 4. General Terms  Navi reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to withdraw, suspend, amend, or cancel this Contest, or any part thereof, at any time. Navi may notify or communicate amended terms by posting the same on its App, website, or other communication channels. Participants are responsible for reviewing such terms, and continued participation will be deemed acceptance. Navi shall not be responsible for any transaction failures, delays, errors, or technical issues arising from network, system, or third-party failures. Any attempt to tamper with or undermine the operation of the Contest, or fraudulent activity of any nature, may result in disqualification and legal action. 4. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Navi to continue or repeat such offers in the future Navi shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navi’s aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) or the value of the prize won, whichever is lower By participating, each user releases and agrees to indemnify Navi, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages in connection with this Contest By Participating in the Contest you consent for usage of your name, picture, instagram handle on Navi social media accounts 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction  These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bangalore, India.
